RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY
- You have 10 (change this) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The Reasons for return needs to be mentioned. And in case, we don't find the reason appropriate, no returns will be provided.
- Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.
- So, request to read all the specifications, size and other details before buying the product.
You can Email Us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.
Guidelines for a valid return:
- Product , if any, should be in original condition
- Packing should be retained and returned
All products sold on Bathware India are 100% genuine and manufactured by us. We understand how much you value your every purchase. We are committed to making your shopping experience a delightful one.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect product delivery for only Prepaid Orders.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or else you can also send your bank account details to intitiate refund to your account.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Please Note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests. No cancellation will be done if the order is shipped or delivered.
